Word just arrived that my crime novel, Rogue Island, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Anthony Award in the best first novel category. The winner will be announced at the Bouchercon writers conference in St. Louis in the Fall.
The novel won the Mystery Writers of America’s Edgar Award for best first novel last week. It has also been shortlisted for the Barry Award.
The book is still available in hardcover, although those are in short supply. The paperback will be released on June 21.
